I have more experience in dancing.I did dance from my child hood to now.I satisfy my knowledge and my skills about dancing.
There are more categorize in dance.But I most like kandyan dance. Kandyan dance is part of our cultural events. Kandyan dance heart of ESALA fair(perahera). There is one assumption about,kandyan dance dress.It owner is god.this dress called,"dress of god". This dress and dance very adorable.therefore I like dance.
At the same time there are more types of dance. Western, Eastern,and also Latin, chines, Arabic, Indian and etc..
There are many different patterns, different moments, different formations and different dresses,in dancing.It is different country to country.
There are more cultural center about dancing. And more student study in to this cultural center.

Sri Lanka have heritage about traditional dancing.So I think further Lanka can bring ahead,traditional dance.people should respect traditional dance in Sri Lanka.
Lastly I like to say dance is a rhythm of life. We can float with dancing.and I think I can do any thing for dance because dancing is my life.
Although I didn't dancing in my childhood to know, I like to see dancing events. There is a something that refresh my mind within dancing. Specially I also like to kandyan dancing. If there is any religious or cultural event always my eyes are waiting to see the dance called"ves netuma". the dresses also more delight and attractive. So I read your post start to end. Actually I hadn't any idea about the name of "dress of god" before reading your post. And also I wish you all the best for your dancing life. It is pleasure if you can teach me some parts of dancing also:):)
